Leading an NSF-funded project to identify gaps in current literature, leveraging 600 minutes of caregiver interviews, 15+
literature reviews, & family communication theory to uncover family caregiver typology for collaborative cancer care technology.

Defined the UX strategy to identify opportunities for UX enhancement of the digital services belonging to one of the top two-wheeler manufacturers in India. Directed UX design for 40+ screens, from heuristic evaluation to high-fidelity wireframes, enhancing usability by 50%

Redesigned takeaway pizza packaging now implemented across over 50 outlets pan India and Dubai. I also directed the graphic design for digital marketing posts, which resulted in a 125% increase in the follower base within just three months.
